Returns- 

All returns are subject to a 25% restocking charge. In the event of VOIPIPBX.COM sending you a replacement for a damaged, defective or wrong item, you must return the item to VOIPIPBX.COM within 15 days. VOIPIPBX.COM reserves the right to charge the price of the replacement item to the payment card used for the original order if you do not return the original item to us within 15 days of the date on which VOIPIPBX.COM confirms we will issue a replacement.

Shipping Delivery Time-

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Shipping date estimates will appear in the order form. After placing your order, you will see both shipping and delivery date estimates in the order confirmation e-mail and in the order summary in Your Account. Calculating Cost Shipping costs for orders from VOIPIPBX.COM depend upon the method and option you choose.

International Shipments - We recommend using the USPS for international shipments.  Most overseas shipments arrive in 3-5 days.
